Return & Replacement Policy

1. Return Eligibility

We offer a 7-day return and replacement policy across Pan India. Customers must request a return within 7 days of delivery.

2. Conditions for Return

The product must be unused and in original packaging.

Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Customized products are not eligible for return unless damaged.

Product must be returned with original box and invoice.

3. Replacement Policy

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, we will provide a replacement at no extra cost. Replacement will be processed within 2-3 business days after inspection.

4. Refund Policy

If replacement is not available, refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

5. Return Process

To request a return, contact us with your Order ID and product photos via Email or WhatsApp.
